Today morning when I'm going through Economic Times one ad attracted my eyes. The ad about an Mutual fund. There are two pictures in he ad, one is a Teacher writing some lessons in the board and teaching and other one is Boy with laptop with year of 1991 and 2010.My thoughts went on Training Delivery through Technology. Some times i wonder how we can deliver Training without a human touch mainly in the area of Personality and Human Behavior. I remember a concept we learned in ISABS " I as a Change Agent". What i feel Personality Development Programs require an Intensive Human Interaction and facilitating factor to help participants to go through the Journey of Self Discovery.
Is it happens through online Programs ( Even though we called so Interactive ) and CBT's and what ever other names you call.

Hi,
I'm writing after a long gap. There two things make me to write is my Training session yesterday with my all over India marketing team and today my visit of Karthikayan Blog on expressing our feelings and views through Content.
Like to share my experience about Yesterday, the entire idea came up with my Sales Head for the country to give some boost and excitement to the members in Annual Meet. I just want to do some thing different, this was not mainly for participants but i got bored with PPT's and this time i derided not to use a single PPT in my entire session. I don’t want to do training. I just want facilitate Human experiences at Individual and in Group.
My session started with small treasure hut .task is search for building blocks and make it one toy. I'm really surprised the kind of energy and excitement the two groups shown in the entire assignment. Finally one group made it first but the most loveliest thing is the narration of the participants on their experiences and feelings on entire assignment. very good points came in the discussion like team work, planning, Communication, leadership, motivation in searching and finally their excitement in doing entire activity. We just noted all these points in one chart. but all the points are come from the teams only. We just show a short film on Team Work and Sucess,www.simpletruths.com.
